Problem Statement
The music industry faces the question of how AI-generated music can be authentically presented without imitating or replacing real artists. A concept for a deliberately AI-declared virtual artist is missing — one that makes the technology itself the subject and critically reflects on it. Live performances of AI music require a visual representation that goes beyond simple visualizations while maintaining transparency about its artificial nature.
Description
An AI music project by The Pannonians collective, bringing a virtual rapper to life as a Metahuman in Unreal Engine. Music is produced with AI music generation (Suno/Udio), live performances use motion capture for the digital avatar. Lyrics critically reflect the impact of AI and social media on society. Releases are available on all major streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon) and free in high quality on the-pannonians.com.
